1 lb. pack of 100% Grass-fed & Grass-finished ground beef with an average lean/fat ratio of 80/20.

The 80/20 mix really helps capture the best taste and juiciness when cooking. It is comparable to what most people would be familiar cooking with, but with the added health benefits of coming from a 100% Grass-fed animal.

For those looking for a more lean ground beef, we do hope to offer a 90/10 mix in the near future.
